3. Be responsible for managing and controlling special affairs, strictly controlling the proportion of special affairs in the team, signing and reviewing subscription materials, special affairs and other materials.

4. Organize and hold daily regular meetings, weekly and monthly regular meetings, temporary meetings, etc., to sort out customer situations, arrange and solve business problems.

5. Adjust the sales statement according to the problems fed back by the market and customers.

6. Solve all customer complaints in a timely manner according to the company's system, and report them in a timely manner.

7. Be responsible for the negotiation of the real estate consultant and forcing customers to ensure the improvement of customer transaction and conversion rate.
